By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including talent, creators, clients, brands, and agencies.
To use TalentSynq.ai, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country;
Users 15–17 years old may only use the platform with verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian; and
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
By using the platform, you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the accuracy of your account details;
Safeguarding your login credentials;
All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (“User Content”).
By posting content on TalentSynq.ai, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Host, store, display, reproduce, and transmit your content;
Show your content within the platform;
Promote the platform (only in ways that do not misrepresent your work).
You represent and warrant that:
You own the rights to your content,
Or you have valid permission to use and upload the content,
And your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
You agree NOT to:
Post, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, defamatory, harassing, or explicit;
Share or promote sexual content involving minors (immediate termination and reporting to authorities);
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity;
Harass, threaten, or harm other users;
Upload malware, spyware, harmful code, or attempt to disrupt the platform;
Use the platform for activities that violate any applicable laws;
Attempt to bypass security, scrape data without permission, or reverse-engineer the service.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination.
TalentSynq reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable;
Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate policies or pose risk to users or the platform.
We are not obligated to monitor user content, but may do so to maintain platform integrity.
TalentSynq.ai is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantees of uptime, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including during the pre-launch and beta phases.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
TalentSynq is not liable for any user-generated content or the conduct of other users;
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of the platform;
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold TalentSynq harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Your content;
Your misuse of the platform;
Your violation of these Terms.
By using TalentSynq.ai, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is collected, stored, and used.
You must review the Privacy Policy before using the platform.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
Your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
TalentSynq.ai is currently in a pre-launch / beta phase.
By signing up or using early-access features, you acknowledge that:
Features may be added, changed, delayed, or removed;
Access may be limited or temporarily unavailable;
Your account may be reset or migrated during platform development;
Data or content may be affected pending system upgrades.
We appreciate your participation in shaping the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
You violate these Terms;
Your behavior poses a risk to users or the platform;
We are required to do so for legal or security reasons.
You may delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TalentSynq.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
